NEU Specialty Formulations are blends of materials, additives and fillers developed to provide the mechanical performance necessary for each specific application. Certified USP Class VI materials and formulation lockdown are available.

NEUThane™ Series are blends of aromatic, polyether or polyester-based TPUs with good clarity and excellent elongation. Pre-colored and radiopacifiers are offered in a broad range of durometers. Medical grades are available.

NEUSoft™ Series are transparent polyether or polyester-based TPU blends that have good elasticity, abrasion and tear resistance. TPUs are chemically resistant to greases and oils, and are suitable for overmolding.

Medical Grade Polyether Block Amides are thermoplastic elastomers with good mechanical properties at low and high temperatures. These materials are suitable for catheter applications due to their softness and flexibility.
